Time to create another Short term Goal.....
Now that my goals of obtaining my license back, and purchasing a car have been completed I find myself in need of a new goal to pursue. This time I'm looking to create a short term goal. Nothing that would take me years to accomplish or to obtain just something that will keep me on task. At the moment I don't really have many that I can think of. Who knows a cell phone seems to be a good option for me to save for. Yep that's it my new goal is a new phone, CTIA is coming up, and I hear that Sprint has some great phones geared up to be presented. Is this a big goal of mine? No it's not, and I will admit that it is something for me to concentrate on while going through the countless survey invitations in my inbox.
If you remember from some of my previous posts Surveys were the way I knew that I could make some safe albeit not a lot of money all at once but a way for me to make money that I could actually save towards my goals. The job market was really down, and after countless resumes sent out without replies coming in I knew I had to find a way of changing things around for me. Well that time came, and went. From the start of this week it's been a little difficult for me to get exicted about survey invitations in my inbox. I used to get excited wondering to myself what surveys will I get today. Will they be worth a lot of money, will they be a sample of a product to test out, or could it lead to a focus group? I just haven't had that moment this week.
I hope in the near future that it does come back to me. That the joy of seeing a survey invitation was sent to me will bring back the sense of pleasure. For now I'll continue in the Socks study I'm a part of, and a on-line focus group. For those looking to explore a good focus group site to see if there's anything that you might qualify for I suggest you check out http://findfocusgroups.com/ I've found many of the focus groups I participate in from this site, and some others. This one is pretty darn good.
As always please remember that Survey companies do no charge you money to be a part of their company, they do not ask for your SSN#, or anything crazy like that. If you encounter a site asking for information like the samples listed above do not sign-up it's more then likely a scam.
That's all for this time. Hope everyone is havng fun while doing your surveys
And until next time folks....................
