It's good to visit some oldies but goodies.
Well as usual I've been a bit busy between work, and keeping up with focus groups and surveys. I have really taken a lot of time off from writing this blog. What I have found out recently about blogging is that I personally won't say that I can update my blog everyday. Can I keep up with it once a week at this point? Not really sure of the answer to that question either.
But what I can say is that I will try my best to keep this blog up to date on a more consistent basis. I started this blog with a purpose and I would like to see that purpose fulfilled if even in just a small way.
Anyone who becomes encompassed with surveys/focus groups as I have will tell you that it can be hard to keep up with everything. Between work, family life, and social life it can be hard to find the time to dedicate to anything more.
Originally when I started doing surveys it fit into my schedule great. I worded overnights, and when my work was done for the morning I would start going through my e-mail (I only had one e-mail account at that time, and now I'm up to 8 or so.) I would do surveys for the rest of my day at work knowing that I could fully concentrate on them since I had nothing else to do.
My time at work was going so fast now that it barely felt like work at all. I would go through this same process everyday. Finish work early so I could concentrate on surveys. Before I knew it while on break I would pull out my smart phone and start completing surveys from that platform. I thought to myself I maybe becoming a little addicted to this!
Not long after I found myself going home after work and checking my e-mail box constantly I kept thinking to myself you can't get rich off of this, so why are you dedicating so much time to it. I wasn't sure at the time. What I did know was that it intrigued me not knowing what survey might come to my inbox next. Maybe a survey for a product test would be the next e-mail invitation, or maybe a $10 survey. That is what intrigued me about this new world I had ventured into.
I was introduced to Focus Groups not long after and that story can be rehashed another day.
For now I would like to say thank you to anyone who is reading this or anyone who stope by every once in a while.
In the future I will try very hard to keep this site up to date.
