Doing pretty darn good with the Surveys!!
If you had asked me at this time last year was it possible to make money doing surveys from home I would have said no. I had heard the stories on other blogs, and websites about survey companies that were scams in general but different really have enough information to form an opinion on any of them.
Well that all changed upon meeting a co-worker of mine. He joined our company 3 years or so ago, and we instantly clicked. I think out always kinda level, low key, non-chalant personalities jelled well together. Either way he would come into work on a daily basis, and I would hear a noise like a slot machine playing from the speakers of his computer. For months I thought the guy had a gambling problem. I couldn't believe that he would gamble at work, but hey people do all types of crazy things from work these days. Well after a year or so of hearing this noise, and this slot machine on his computer I finally asked him "Hey what is that noise I hear from your computer all the time. That's when he informed me it was a game that a survey company by the way of SurveySpot hosted. He explained to me that after each survey he took you were giving a reach chance at the spinning the slot machine for prize. Now I thought to myself how many surveys is this guy doing that I would here the slot machine all the time? Was I intrigued?
That day started my relationship with a company called Survey Spot. Keep in mind that any company I list here will be up to you to decided whether it's worth joining or not. After 3 years of being with their site I feel as though I can give an unbiased review of the site now.
To start when I first joined I started receiving surveys almost immediately, but I got discouraged very quickly. My co-worker had told me about all the paying surveys that he received yet the ones I was receiving were all for free jackpot entries. Maybe a month or two into doing the surveys I received an odd e-mail that invited me to take part in a special survey. I thought to myself what could be special about another survey for no incentive. Well I open the link, and the survey started asking me my opinions on a Certain soup brand, I answered to the best of my ability, and lo and behold I was invited to test out a soup product even better It was worth $10. Wow if you really wanted to get me jazzed up about surveys this was the right way to do it. They got me sink, line, and hooker, and thus began my love affair with surveys. For the next coming week I will give anyone who cares to read it my perspective on Survey sites. At the end of it I hope it gives you a good idea of what to expect if you decide to do these types of things.
