It's the start of a new week.....

It's the start of a new week, and I personally am very happy to see what surveys are available this week. In the past week I was able to hit my payout threshold with Toluna. It didn't take long at all to reach the minimum, but I'll be holding out on cashing out for a while. At least until there's something absolutely that I need or have to purchase.

Over the weekend I received a phone call while visiting my brother and was told that I qualified for a Focus Group on Video games. Personally I'm starting to think that I must be on someones list as the person to call when you can't find anyone else for a Focus Group. I mean how else could I really be getting approved for the number of groups I've qualified for as of late? right now I'm trying to find the right balance of doing surveys on-line, and Focus groups. It would really be nice if I could qualify for one focus group a month, and the rest of the time I could just concentrate on surveys which come more often then anything else.

Now that I've recapped you on some of the happening of the last week let's move on to another topic.... Today I'll discussing my Opinions on another type of income opportunity that you can do on-line, and that are PTC.   What are PTC's? Well to break it down a little easier they are essentially websites where you will be paid for clicking on e-mails, or maybe click on ad links from their website. I currently only deal with one PTC, and I'll explain why very briefly a little further into this post.

Before you sign up with a PTC company be sure to keep some things in mind. For one you should have already set up an e-mail address where nothing, but survey invitations are sent. It can get pretty confusing if you have them send to your regular e-mail account. Typically you'll receive a lot of spam from these types of sites as well, so a alternate e-mail account is great for this reason. Also keep in mind that the e-mails typically pay between 0.01-0.05cents per e-mail. In my experience e-mails can be sporadic anywhere from 10 a day to just receiving one a day it all just depends on how many advertisers the site contains. You see essentially that is how you are making the money. Someone who wants to promote a brand, product, or website will order an advertiser package where they can purchase a certain amount of ads for a certain price. Let's describe an example for you. I would go to a PTC website, and perhaps buy a advertising package at a cost of let's $10 with that money I would be entitled for my ad to be e-mailed to 100 people. Being that the website will probably only pay their users one penny per e-mail they have essentially made $9.00, while their user haven't earned much, and the advertiser will have at least 100 people who have been showed their ad.

While you can make money it will take you a great deal of time to really see anything significant. The best way you can increase your odds of making money from these types of sites, are by finding the ones that pay you to recruit other people. The more recruits you bring in usually increases any commission you may be able to make. Generally you will continue to receive the commissions as long as you referrals continue to be an active member. It is a great networking opportunity if you have like minded individuals around you who would like to do the same thing, and that is essentially make money.

I've included one such company at the end of this post. Check it out, and if you have any questions as always just ask me.
